SPORTS CLEARANCE

Any student interested in playing a sport must be cleared through the Athletic Office prior to the start of the season.  You must have a current physical, a current emergency card, a current Athletic Policy form on file and athletic fee paid in full.  The forms can be picked-up in the Athletic Office.  They are to be filled out and returned to the ATHLETIC OFFICE (not the coach) during the times listed below.  Payment will be made in the Main Office during the assigned weeks for each season. 

NO ATHLETE CAN PARTICIPATE OR TRYOUT UNTIL FEES ARE PAID.
