Charger Pride is a school-wide systems approach in improving our school climate and maintaining a safe and effective school. The three key expectations of Charger Pride are:

*Be Respectful
*Be Responsible
*Be Positive

All students and staff members are expected to exhibit these behaviors in all areas of our building at all times. The process of Charger Pride focuses on improving our ability as a school to teach expectations and positive behavior. It is a team-based process in reviewing data, teaching and re-teaching behavior, and acknowledging and celebrating positive behavior.

"Charger Cash" is given to students by staff who display positive behaviors that support our key expectations (Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Positive). Charger Cash is deposited in any of the boxes in the dean's, main, attendance, or guidance offices. Weekly drawings are conducted where students have the opportunity to win items such as gift certificates, DC wear, and more.
