Pick-Up and Drop-Off Procedures

To ensure the safety of our students, families, and staff, Dundee-Crown High School is implementing new arrival and dismissal procedures for the upcoming school year. Due to ongoing campus construction, our standard traffic patterns and entrances have changed. Please review the updated guidelines and the attached reference map carefully before the first day of school to help prevent delays. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation in keeping our campus safe! 

Morning Arrival

• Arrival Time: Student supervision does not begin until 7:00 a.m. Please do not drop off your student before 7:00 AM, as they will not be admitted to the building or supervised until then.
   
• Student Drop-Off: We ask that parents follow the traffic flow patterns and drop students off at the designated Student Drop-Off Zones, located at the Athletic Entrance. Please do not drop off at the Fine Arts entrance (Temporary Main Entrance), and also drive with extreme caution.
   
• Arriving Late: If you’re arriving after 7:30 a.m. with your student, please drop off at the Fine Arts entrance (Temporary Main Entrance) for check-in.

Afternoon Departure

• Dismissal: All students are dismissed at 2:58 PM. Bus riders will exit the building using the Fine Arts entrance (Temporary Main Entrance).
   
• Car-Riders: Parents/guardians may arrive a few minutes early to pick up students. We ask that parents do not park and leave their cars to locate a student. Student pickup will take place at the Athletic Entrance.
   
• Leaving Early: If, for some reason, you’re picking your student up before the end of the school day, please use the Fine Arts entrance (Temporary Main Entrance), as students must check out there before leaving the building.
