Prom Information

Hello Charger Families!

We are excited to share details about this year’s Prom! The date of Prom is April 25th, and tickets will go on sale very soon. Please read below for all of the Prom information that you might need. Prom Information:

Prom is scheduled for April 25, 2026, at The Seville (700 S Barrington Road, Streamwood, IL 60107). Prom will go from 7 PM to 11 PM, followed by a boat cruise on Lake Michigan from 12 AM to 2 AM. Students will return to D-CHS at approximately 3:15 AM. 

Students need to arrive at D-CHS no later than 5:45 PM (D-C doors will open at 5:20 to students). Buses will depart for The Seville at 6 PM. Students may not drive themselves to prom events - if students arrive late, they may forfeit the privilege of attending prom.

Ticket sales for senior students will start on 3/12 via the online store only, and the cost is $175 per ticket. On 3/17, ticket sales will open up to Juniors. Seniors, be sure to buy early to be assured of attending your senior prom. Ticket sales will close on 3/21. There will not be any in-person sales this year.

  • There will not be in-person sales this year. All sales will be online.

  • For a guest form and directions for non-D-CHS students.

 

Prom Expectations:

  • Excessive unexcused tardies or absences prior to Prom may result in a meeting with your dean and possibly having your prom attendance revoked. To ensure that this does not happen, make sure that you attend every class and arrive on time!

  • All disciplinary consequences must be served prior to April 24, 2026. 

  • Any violations of the D300 Code of Conduct between now and April 24, 2026, will be reviewed by the school’s administrative team; your ability to participate in Prom may be revoked due to Code of Conduct violations. Participation in prom activities will be determined on an individual basis.

  • All school rules apply at prom. 

  • If any student is found to be under the influence or in possession of alcohol or drugs, appropriate actions will be taken by the administrators and law enforcement at the dance. 

  • Students and their belongings will be searched before departing on the buses to help create a safe and secure environment.

  • All ticket sales are final! If any of the above expectations are not met, you can be excluded from Prom with no ticket refund. 

  • Forms for inviting an outside guest to Prom can be found in the dean’s office beginning on February 16, 2026.

Información del Prom

  • El Prom está programado para el 25 de abril de 2026 en el salón de fiestas The Seville (700 S Barrington Road, Streamwood, IL 60107). 

  • El evento se llevará a cabo de 7:00 p. m. a 11:00 p. m., seguido de un crucero en barco por el Lago Michigan de 12:00 a. m. a 2:00 a. m.

  • Los estudiantes regresarán a D-CHS aproximadamente a las 3:15 a. m.

  • Los estudiantes deben llegar a D-CHS a más tardar a las 5:45 p. m. (las puertas de D-C abrirán a las 5:20 p. m.) (para los estudiantes). Los autobuses saldrán hacia The Seville a las 6:00 p. m.

  • Los estudiantes no pueden conducir por su cuenta a los eventos del Prom. Si un estudiante llega tarde, podría perder el privilegio de asistir al Prom.

Venta de boletos

     Costo por boleto el cual incluye salón y el bote es de $175

  • Todas las ventas son en línea.No se venderán boletos en persona este año.  Invitados:  hacer clic aquí para la solicitud e instrucciones para estudiantes fuera de Dundee - Crown.

Expectativas del Prom

  • Llegadas tarde o ausencias no justificadas y excesivas antes del Prom pueden resultar en una reunión con tu decano y posiblemente en la revocación del permiso para asistir al Prom. Para evitar esto, asegúrese de asistir a todas sus clases y llegar a tiempo.

  • Todas las consecuencias disciplinarias deben cumplirse antes del 24 de abril de 2026.

  • Cualquier violación al Código de Conducta de D300 entre ahora y el 24 de abril de 2026 será revisada por el equipo administrativo de la escuela; la participación en el Prom puede ser revocada debido a dichas violaciones. La participación en las actividades del Prom se determinará de manera individual.

  • Todas las reglas escolares se aplican durante el Prom.

  • Si algún estudiante es encontrado bajo la influencia o en posesión de alcohol o drogas, se tomarán las acciones correspondientes por parte de los administradores y las autoridades.

  • Los estudiantes y sus pertenencias serán revisados antes de subir a los autobuses para ayudar a crear un ambiente seguro.

  • ¡Todas las ventas de boletos son finales! Si no se cumplen las expectativas mencionadas, el estudiante puede ser excluido del Prom sin reembolso del boleto.

Los formularios para invitar a un estudiante externo al Prom estarán disponibles en la oficina del decano a partir del 16 de febrero de 2026.
